Project Description Federal Highway Bridge Program (HBP) funded project to replace the structurally deficient Los Carneros Road Bridge of UPRR.
COM3 Scope Contract Project Manager for the project from environmental through design. Responsibilities include issue resolution, project strategy development, design oversight, coordination with Caltrans and other involved agencies/entities, permitting coordination, scheduling, and funding administration.

Client Moffatt & Nichol/ Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG)
Project Description Local street improvements from Cabrillo Boulevard to Coast Village Road including a roundabout at intersection of Coast Village Road/Hot Springs/Cabrillo Boulevard.
COM3 Scope Subconsultant to the Moffatt & Nichol design team, responsible for local agency interface and comprehensive management of the extensive utility relocations required at the roundabout at the Coast Village Road/Hot Springs/Old Coast Highway Intersection.
